Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Siyate LLC’s www.mysiyate.com ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, please do not place any order with us.
The website is provided solely for your personal use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.
You will be purchasing delivery services from Siyate’s designated courier service.
These terms and conditions will apply to all orders delivered and are in addition to the general terms and conditions, which together govern your contract with us for the sales of products and your contract with Siyate.
References in these Terms and Conditions to “we”, “us” and “Siyate” are to Siyate LLC, established and registered as a UAE company.
Eligibility & Registration.
To be able to purchase and receive the products you may register for an account on the Site.
When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, telephone number and email address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
To use certain portion of site, you are not required to sign up for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and for keeping your account password secure.
You must notify us immediately of any change in your eligibility to use the Site, breach of security or unauthorized of your account. You have the ability to delete your account at any time.
Online Shopping
Siyate takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please contact our customer service if you are unhappy with your purchase.
Payment
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The rate of exchange will be determined by the exchange rate prevailing at the time of purchase. Any applicable additional processing or administration charge shall be borne by you.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched.
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records & Merchant policies & rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
All credit/debit card are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card, If the issuer of the card does not authorize the payment, Siyate LLC will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the products.
Order confirmation will be received via email with a receipt of payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
Order Process
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
We will notify you by email to acknowledge receipt of your order and provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email that confirms that the products have been dispatched.
We reserve the right to fulfil multiple orders separately, which may mean they are dispatched separately by our carrier.
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- The product you ordered is out of stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment;
- We have identified a pricing or product description error;
- There is a failure to meet the eligibility to order.
- There is a system or procurement failure; and failed customer validation checks.
Delivery
We deliver our products globally (barring a few restricted territories). Shipping will be done by a third -party courier.
Delivery fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
Siyate offers free standard delivery for order value equal to and over AED 200 for UAE. For customers outside of UAE, if the order value is less than 200 local currency, a shipping fee of AED 70 will be applied.
Orders are delivered within 1-2 days in the UAE and up to 5 working days outside of UAE, from date of order confirmation, although these timing cannot be guaranteed and may vary according to the delivery address and the chosen shipping method. Customs duty is meant to be paid by the receiving party, i.e. the customer as this is solely at the discretion of the local customs authority.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working day(s). Any order received on holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as the reason for cancelling the order.
Siyate will not be liable for any strikes, bad weather or any other emergency case or situation beyond its control including war, riots, floods, epidemics, embargoes and other acts of god or any changes in law that would cause delivery delays.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided at the checkout. Please make sure to provide all details (ie. Apartment/Building/Street number).
We are not able to process orders to a P.O Box address and cannot arrange for order collection in a shop.
If the package appears to have been opened, damaged or suffered any mishandling, the customer must write on the delivery notification of any concern(s).

Order Cancellation
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel any order you have placed before it has been collected for dispatch by the carrier, please contact our customer care team via email on hello@mysiyate.com
As it is our policy to try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to stop an order from being collected by your carrier for dispatch. After collection by your carrier for dispatch a cancellation charge will be processed.
Returns Policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by our carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging.
We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been opened and tested.
We will refund the price you paid for the Products, although, as permitted by law, please note we may reduce your refund to reflect any deduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your handling them in an inappropriate way.
How to Return or Exchange
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a 14 day returns policy.
Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow us 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed. If you purchased the Products with a voucher code, we will provide you a new voucher.

Returns Fees
Free returns are not available on orders. Siyate will also not refund the original delivery charge or customs duties charged to you at checkout and paid to your local customs authority.
Please use your local and trusted postal service for returns. We recommend you use a tracked and insured services as we will not be liable for any risk, loss or damage.
Siyate carrier can handle the return, in that case please note that the fee will be deducted to your total refund.
Provided you return your products in accordance with the returns policy and the steps outlined, Siyate will be able to refund to you the amount applicable to your product.
We will not be able to process a return until we receive your products and they have been checked.
Intellectual property
All content available on the Site, including, but no limited to, design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, data compilations are the property of Siyate LLC and protected by copyright laws.
The content and the trademarks may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in full or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
Personal information

Governing law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates and you agree that the Dubai courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in United Arab Emirates and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Dubai, expect that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the International Chamber of Commerce.
